Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28 1984 at New York City. Her entire life she showed a deal of interest in acting. When she studied at the School of the Arts of Boston University, Noureen began to lay the foundations of her career. Noureen started to audition for roles soon after she graduated. In 2005, she was offered an important role in a film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story premiered at the 2005 Sundance Film Festival and was also screened at other festivals around the world.
